Tush Covers are satiny, stretchy, trim-fitting and totally non-toxic. Made with Oeko-Tex certified recycled fiber from 100% post-consumer plastic bottles. Our unique design has super soft elastics that keep wetness locked in. Our custom fit is made for teeny tiny babies and expands for giant toddlers and big nighttime diapers.

Covers and Inners are made to go hand-in-hand but you can also use with any insert you prefer.

Tush Diapers were designed to be 2 parts for lots of reasons but mostly to be more sustainable and save you even more money. You don’t actually need to change Covers for every wet diaper (of course you can if you prefer). If the leg elastics are still dry you can keep using them.   

And while Covers are made out of recycled plastic, it’s still plastic and the less plastic we consume the better.   

The other reason is that Covers and Inners are made of two different materials. And everyone knows that different materials sometimes need different care.

First snap the correct rise setting according to your baby’s size. You may have to try a few settings before you find the correct one.   

Snap a clean Inner into the Cover. The Cover is also compatible with universals snaps and inserts.   

Put the diaper on your baby. Snap the diaper on. It should fit snug, if you see gaps these will lead to leaks.   

Change your baby every 2-3 hours when awake. When it’s time to change, if the Cover is still dry, simply snap in a clean Cover. If the Cover is soiled or wet toss the diaper into your dry pail.
