Shipping + Returns
We offer fast and free nationwide shipping on all order. Orders are generally delivered within 5 days of shipment and are sent via Flash Express.
Returns
We thoroughly check all Tush Diapers for quality before they leave our hands, and we’re confident in the fit and performance of them. You're welcome to try on our diapers in your own home and return them within 21 days of purchase if they don't meet your expectations.
BASICALLY
- You may request to return your diapers for a refund within 21 days of the purchase date
- We are unable to offer exchanges, but you’re welcome to return your order for a full refund and place a separate order if you wish to exchange
- Since we provide free express shipping, it’s unsustainable for us to also offer return shipping at no cost.
- We want you to be thrilled with your diapers but return shipping will be arranged by you.

In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, or you have any concerns or complaints, please get in touch directly. We'll move mountains to make things right.

Send a message to us on Contact page.
- Subject the message as “Return”.
- Include your name and order number in the message.
- Once approved, you can return the goods.
- When your return has been accepted you will receive an email with a returned funds receipt.
